  • Payment information (processed and encrypted by our provider — SILKSTAND does not store card data)

  • Pages visited, session time and on-site behavior

2. Purposes of Processing

2.1 Primary purposes (necessary for the commercial relationship)

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights:

  • Subject: ARCO RIGHTS + type of right requested
  • Include a copy of official identification and a description of the request

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days in accordance with the LFPDPPP.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal and tax obligations (generally up to 5 years for tax purposes). After that period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

SILKSTAND may update this Privacy Notice at any time. The current version will always be available at silkstand.com. We will notify you of material changes by email.
