Authenticity
Are the items authentic?
Each item undergoes physical verification by our team before being published. Authentication is independent: we have no official affiliation with the brands we sell, except for products from brand partners. If an item does not match its description, a 100% refund is issued.
How do I know the condition of an item?
Each listing documents the condition with detailed photos, video, and a measurement diagram. What you see is the exact item you receive. Signs of wear, when present, are described and photographed.
Are the items unique?
Most of the catalog is one-of-one archive: a single item per listing. Once sold, there is no restock.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times: Mexico City and Metropolitan Area 1–3 business days; rest of Mexico 3–6; United States 5–10; Canada and Europe 7–14; rest of the world 10–21.
Which shipping company do you use?
DHL, FedEx, and Estafeta Express, always with tracking and insurance included. If the package is lost in transit, a 100% refund is issued.
How much does shipping cost?
It is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact cost before confirming your purchase.
Do international orders pay customs duties?
We declare real values. Import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Sales are final, with two exceptions: the item does not match its description (model, color, measurements, or documented condition), or the item did not arrive. You have 5 calendar days from confirmed delivery to open a case.
How do I initiate a return?
Write to support@silkstand.mx with the subject "RETURN + your order number", photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the discrepancy. We respond within a maximum of 2 business days. The item must be returned in the condition you received it, with original tags and packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Store credit: same day. Bank transfer: up to 3 business days. Credit or debit card: up to 5 business days.
