For his penultimate men's collection, Margiela explored similar menswear staples like chinos, suits, and coats and re-contextualized them using innovative fabrics and cuts. The majority of the collection had a muted color palette, with tones of grey, white, and cream making up each look. Laser-cut suiting was prevalent along with military-inspired outerwear and disco embellishments on tuxedos and leggings to create a tongue and cheek charged sartorial wardrobe. These pants are done in a cotton fabrication and feature an internal drawstring waist, cargo pockets throughout the entirety of the leg, zippers at the hem that can be used to create a flare at the leg.
